This is a wonderfully written story of early life in Mississippi. Perfect introduction to each character, and the story was like a movie playing out in front of me. I need to know at the end of the story — ” What’s gonna happen next”. Looking forward to the next book about this story.

MUD CREEK is an incredible book that kept me up all night turning pages. I literally could not put it down because it sucks you in right from the very first page.

This amazing book is based around the community of Guntown, Mississippi in 1954 and has some civil war throw backs as well.

    Southern Storytelling at it’s finest!

Kelly Ferguson’s first novel, Mud Creek. An intriguing story with lots of twists and turns. For those of you who lived “between Guntown and Jugfork,” (and Fairfield/Redhill,) it is a must read. Interesting cast of characters and so easy to visualize. I recommend it highly.
